We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the return process. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item, and we will gladly replace it for you.
3. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange a return and issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
4. Size or Fit Issues: If the product does not fit as expected, please notify us within 14 days, and we will work with you to arrange either an exchange or a refund.
