Shipping and Delivery

Postage and packing costs £4.99 to UK addresses, or is free on orders over £100.  Orders for non-customised items are despatched within one working day via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2 working days.  You will receive a tracking link once your order has been collected by Royal Mail.

In the event you are not completely happy with your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can arrange a return and/or replacement. 

For EU addresses, we charge £14.99, and for the Rest of the World, £23.99, although we cannot deliver to certain countries.

For customised orders, we will advise a target delivery window at the time of ordering.
